I have only been at it a week and I just bought a scale this weekend and weighed in mon 3/6 at 168 so using that as my start weight. I had averaged myself at 170 when I started so wasn't to far off. you all are doing great! makes me hang in there seeing all of those wonderful trackers!!

I am down 1 lb! I am happy with that because I feel wonderful!
This week's goal is 2 lbs. |
Wednesday Weigh-in
Start weight: 275
Last week: 269.5 This week: 268 Yay! Another pound and a half gone! I can't believe I'm going to get to go to the doctor with actually having met the weight loss goal she set for me (only three more to go and the appt is at the end of April). Will that count as a "scale victory" or a "non-scale, scale victory"? I can't wait to go to the doctor... is that sick or what? -Lala :carrot: |
