I weighed in today at 155 down 3 pounds from last week....I have now hit the 20 pounds lost mark!!

139.8, down from 143.4! :) 3.6 pounds lost.. I was due to lose, yay!! :D

Monday morning weigh in 212. I had gone up to 213, so i guess getting back to 212 is OK. This is strange to me, as I have never had problems staying under 200 before in my life! I have always been heavy, but once i quit smoking...BAM! MORE weight to deal with. Anyhow, I am making progress, so i can't complain.

Saturday morning weigh-in was 297.5, which is about 2/2.5 pounds lighter than LAST Saturday (after conference/funeral stress + sugar coma) :carrot: .
The funny think is that flo is due any second, and I drank myself silly on water for the past few days (sans exercise) and it STILL went down to my new 'normal' (ie. 197). Can't wait to see what happens after flo takes off. :D |
Weighed in today...down 3 lbs from last week to 186!! Yeah! Aunt Flo just ended and I ate a lot of salty foods this weekend, so in a couple days, it may even be less :carrot:

Weighed and measure today. Down to 139 from 141, and lost 2 1/2 inches!:carrot: :carrot: :carrot: That makes me DOWN 30 POUNDS!!!!!!!:carrot: :carrot: :carrot:

My grand total since starting the diet a bit more than a month ago is a 20 pound loss. :)
I know that is a lot for one month, but I have been mostly true blue to my plan. I feel so much better. |
Down 2 lbs from last week, which makes me 159... and flo is visiting, so who knows what it'll be when she's gone? :carrot:

Well I am happy to say I am down 4 pounds..... I started my excersise program today so hopefully it will burn some more calories.... I'm just very happy with my start so far!!!

First Week!

Just started last week weighed in yesterday and was down 7 1/2 IBs want to keep it going know I won't have that much of a weight loss every week but it is very motivating!!! Just eating half of what I usually do and staying away from fats!!! Good luck to everybody! |
