i reached my February Exercise Goal!

500 minutes accomplished!
on the 28th i had 40 minutes left to do so while i watched the amazing race i did the watp movements. it was great. i went at my own pace, but i was up and moving around. getting that heart rate going!
now for march, i've set a goal of 600 minutes!
