Seven months later I have reached my goal weight of 130lbs and I feel ecstatic!
Now comes the truly difficult part: keeping those pounds off. I will not slack off on my exercise, as that seems to be the key for me. When I allowed myself to slack off before, those pounds piled on. I also know that I must continue to watch my portion sizes in this super-sized world and limit junk food as much as possible.
Anyway, I just thought I'd share here because I am bursting with happiness!
