Well, first of all I went to the gym my sister works out at, I am not used to public gyms as I do all my exercise in my basement *L* But I have to say I loved it! Never in my life would I ever think I would enjoy going to a gym to work out!
Then we went out for lunch at Wendy's and I took my trusty sidekick of my calorie counter, I had chicken nuggets (they were acutally lower in calories than I would have thought!), side salad and diet pop (and blah I hate diet pop

). Believe me I really wanted the Big Bacon Classic and fries!
I am just happy with myself today I felt like I really acomplished something and stuck to my plan! It is not much but I thought I would share anyways
