My healthy foods yesterday were a skinless chicken breast w/2 1/2 cups of cooked broccoli (more broccoli than chicken
) and some homemade beef stew that had tons of yummy veggies in it (tomato-sauce based). I even snuck in an orange as a snack. And even with the "bingeing", I only went 116 calories over my "limit"! Could it be that my body has adjusted to all these good-for-me foods, and now it doesn't want the other stuff as much? I really think so. I never thought it would happen!
