I'm 5' 6".
ninav ~~I aim for around 1100-1200 cals a day and I exercise 6 days a week.
A typical menu for me is:
breakfast: cereal with 1 % milk (300 cals)
lunch: sandwich or frozen entree meal (300 cals)
snack: fruit or yogurt or cadbury thin
(100cals)
supper: proper portions of whatever we're having for supper(400-500 cals)
My AHA moment came after I had a major donut binge. I'm not going to go into details but as I was cleaning out my van afterwards and realized just how much I had ate.... I decided that I NEEDED to take control of my eating before it was too late.
