Default OK so it's a little tiny success...

...but better than a failure! I woke up early on my day off and was going to crawl back into bed instead of going walking, as it is colder here than it hardly ever gets at 23 degrees. But I realized that was lame first off because we have a gym with treadmill and I like cold weather better than hot! So I bundled up and did over 9000 steps before 7:30 AM!!

Holy mackeral! 9,000 steps before 7:30am. That's more than I've ever done in an entire day (my highest since I started wearing a pedometer is 8,995).

I'm super impressed and majorly inspired! Excellent work!

Thanks everybody!!! I have to say one thing that inspired me is this site. I made myself a new exercise ticker and wanted to see my balloon go past the row of houses... so I went walking LOLOL.

Congrats to all of you on the great progress I see you are making toward your goals

Three s for you!

There's not such thing as tiny success! That's awesome.

Doesn't it feel great when we kick our behinds and do something we know is good for us rather than give in to our "I don't wanna" attitude? And wow! 9000 steps before 7:30. I'm lucky if I make it to the kitchen by then. LOL

Thumbs up

Congrats!!!! That's not a tiny success at all. It's 9000 steps closer to a healthier you. Alot of people only do half that amount of steps in the whole day. You should be very proud of yourself.

Thanks for the cheers! I send them back to all of you! Yes I felt SO good when I got home that I had done so much so early. And I still had to go shopping so at 1:30 I am up to 12,242. There aren't going to be a whole lot more of them today though LOL

Hi Kayley... Yes it does help to be able to share and have accountability. And you are going to see the 2s before long!! Great job. Next time you go to the grocery store pick up two 20 pound bags of potatoes and hold them a minute... that's how much you have lost!!!
