I had a dream last night that I pulled a pair of jeans out of my closet (a pair about 3 sizes too small that I have in my closet IRL), pulled them on and they fit! I felt great and practically bounced out the door in them.
This might not seem like a NSV, unless you know that I often have dreams about trying to put on clothes that won't fit, about feeling so heavy that I can't get up off the floor no matter how hard I try, etc.. So, to me, this signals a turning point for my line of thinking. I'm adopting more of a can-do, WILL-do attitude, rather than the self-deprecating tape that usually plays in my brain.

Part of being successul is envisioning where you will be when you have acheived your dream...so, YOU GO, GIRL!!! Even your subconcious knows you are going to succeed. You are almost halfay there already!!!

Sounds better than my latest dreams. I kept having dreams the other night that I was eating too many Jello fat-free pudding cups. While they're on my diet, I try to limit them because of the sugar-carbs. (i.e. 1 a day, otherwise have a V-8 for a snack or fruit or something). I kept telling myself I couldn't have any more, and I didn't even want any more, but I kept picking up another and another and eating them.

I don't remember these types of anxieties the first time I lost weight...
