Default Post-superbowl weekend down 3.6 lbs.!

Well, not complaining at all... I was down 3.6 lbs. after only losing 1.6 last week, and having company over this week (eg. out to a nice dinner, out for breakfast, etc.) I enjoyed my dinner thoroughly Sat. night, and at breakfast yesterday I got an eggwhite omelette with lots of veggies (no cheese) and while it filled me and I felt huge and bloated after, it probably wasn't all too bad.

Got right on that treadmill for 45 min. last night and this AM.. I am just thrilled!

Has anyone noticed that sometimes these food outings actually kick-start your metabolism again??? I remember this before when on WW.. Just curious if others have found the same.

Good for you! And yes I know what you mean about kickstart. It's because your metabolism gets used to you daily routine and then all of a sudden it gets all the food and starts starts working overtime.
