Default Everyone Weigh In 02/03/06

Everyone is welcome to join in this general weigh-in thread. Simply jump in, whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

Me: 201.5, up half a pound from last week. Disapointing, but still not the two pound weekly gains I was seeing during the holiday season. And I know that I didn't stick with my diet and exercise the way I should have this week. This is a small set back, but not a disaster.

Hey Tealeaf, that is awesome that you have dropped 56.5 pounds. I can't wait until i can really start to see a difference. I finally dropped the two pounds that have been hanging around. I hope this time they stay away instead of coming back. I hit 181 about 2 weeks ago and then it fluctuated back to 183 for the last 2 weeks. when i got on the scale this morning and it said 181...i was sooooo happy, i didn't dare step back on the scale for fear of it running away again.

Up a pound...I knew I was going to gain weight, fell off the wagon when my great grandmother died on Wednesday morning. It's okay, I am back on my diet .

Arzu, I'm so sorry for your loss. And, good for you for getting back on track.

Annie, please keep this thread going!! I look forward to it every week, regardless of what the scale says. I'd be lost without it!

Thanks, Paula. Congrats to everyone, regardless of gaining or losing. We all have setbacks! I only did 20 minutes exercise just now, but I am just dragging. I will be walking all day in the mall tomorrow, it's HUGE.

173, down 2 pounds in the last week. It didn't show up right away because of it being that TOM.

What I am AMAZED at is the fact that I've only lost 7 pounds so far... but even my bras aren't fitting right anymore! The cup size is right, but the number isn't! I just went and spent $32 on a bra, too... and now it's not fitting right.

Will do. Regardless if someone else posts one, I'll continue to also post mine just for the sake of consistency. It doesn't really hurt anything if there are duplicate threads, after all. I'm glad that the "tradition" I've started in this sub-board is of help to you!

I weighed in at 170, down 2 pounds from last week! I'm going into uncharted territory - this is the lowest weight I can remember ever weighing, and that was six years ago.
