Default Yay!!!! :D 40 POUNDS LOST.

I can't believe it, I've lost 40 pounds since the summer! I never thought I'd get down to this weight so quickly.. this is pretty much the weight I was in high school.. I had lost 20 pounds more which I will try to get down to again and even further, but I am so excited. Some of my old clothes/jeans fit me and I feel so much lighter.. its weird because I don't even realize how much I lost until I look at the things that I used to wear. Just wanted to say if I can do it, you can all do it too.. I put it off (losing weight) for so long, but something just clicked for me in August and I said, I'm going to lose the weight this time.. in the meantime, I found a wonderful man who didn't care what weight I was (and he's a personal trainer.. so I thought he would).. so that helped too.. its one of the biggest things to know that someone still finds you beautiful and worthy no matter what size.. and you all are totally beautiful, amazing, determined ladies on this site!! You've helped me alot, to find Fitday (which REALLY works by the way.. calorie counting) and just to keep me encouraged and entertained by reading this site. GO 3FC! I've had a lot of fun. Hope to keep going at this rate..

My waist size has changed from 40 to 31 too!! Quite a change. I don't think its really sunk in yet..!

Love,
~M

Oh, btw.. if anyone wanted to know what I was doing, I've been on an alkalinizing diet.. and counting calories (the zig-zag method really seems to work.. 1200 one day, 1300 the next and so forth..). I haven't been able to exercise because of health issues, but the alkalinizing diet has really helped. Super SUPER healthy for you too.
