Basically in the last week I've really cut my calories back and started exercising EVERY day. Even if I only get 15 minutes in, at least I'm doing something. I've started eating more veggies, less carbs, and it seems to be paying off! This is even WITH it being that TOM! I can't wait to see what happens once this water retention goes down.
It's amazing how much more energy I have, too, just in the last week. I used to have to take a nap EVERY day just to get through it... I've taken one nap in the last week, and that was after only getting 3 hours's sleep the night before. I'm super-excited. My bi-monthly weight-track and measuring is in a few days, I'm looking forward to seeing how far I've come.
