Not at all! You have done a great job! It is hard to get over the habits you have formed with food and you sound like you are breaking the barrier.
I also find it difficult sometimes to 'remind' myself to have a snack as I don't feel hungry, or skip breakfast. Now I am making myself have some breakfast even if I don't want it and have set a time limit for eating to finish for the day at 8.00pm each night. It is just too easy to go and make a grilled cheese on toast at 10.00pm at night so I had to put the restriction in there.
If you can, try and increase your calories - 1000 is a little low. Even if its a couple of slices of cheese and wholegrain crackers, or a tin of tuna to bring you up a bit to maybe 1200.
