Hello everyone! I am new to this board. I thought the name "3 fat chicks" was cute so I decided to join! I, like so many others, started my diet January 1st! But surprisingly I have stuck to it and seen some great results! I do my diet weight watchers style and have lost 12 lbs so far! I had gone to weight watchers meetings in the past and felt frustrated if I had a week where I didn't lose much. I lost 15 lbs last time I joined and never re-gained that weight, thankfully. I went through a tough time last year and gained almost 30 lbs. Prior to that I was about 148 lbs and my new goal is to be at 140. I look forward to posting on this board and getting to know you folks!
