Hi. I have met my January goal of losing 10 pounds. Now, I just have to lose 10 pounds every months this year and I will lose all the weight I need to lose.
Congratulations! I'm also trying to lose ~10 pounds a month. That will get to 150 by my birthday which is when my family will see me (in June). Big difference from the Christmas trip when I was 210! Good luck to you!
Thanks for all the support. In the past I have been overwelmed by how much I have to lose, but by taking it 10 pounds at a time I think I can stay motivated and meet my goal this time.
Now, PLEASE remember, that if there are months that you don't lose 10 lbs, it does NOT matter. Just like the weight eventually ADDED, it will eventually SUBTRACT as long as you keep doing what you are doing now.
Don't ever get discouraged, and always look down the road...never behind you.
