Morning All

I went to see my trainer at the gym yesterday to make up a new plan for me, because I was just plain bored with the old one. Whilst I was there, he tested my body fat, inches etc. and I got some pleasant surprises.

I have lost 12 lbs of fat, pure unadultarated fat since April 2005 and gained 6lbs of muscle! My total % of body fat has gone down from 44 to 39!! He was really really pleased with me and I am sooo happy about it!

I've also lost 1 inch off my chest, 1 inch off my hips and various centimeters off other parts of my body.

I was so discouraged late last year because the scales had not moved much at all during the second half of the year and now I know why. I was burning fat whilst making muscle!

This news has really encouraged me to work hard this year. In 2006 I pledge to myself to lose another 12lbs of fat and get my body fat % to under 30.

Hard work does pay off!
