Talking Woohoo!
This seems like it may not be a big deal, but I always - and I mean ALWAYS - have gotten off track of my diet when I go to my parents house. They always have something delicious to eat or snack on, whether it's my mom's famous stuffed grape leaves, cheez-its or some yummy chocolate dessert, I always seem to give in to the temptation.

The other day I went to their house and ... I STUCK TO MY GUNS!!! I actually brought my own food (and lucky for me they were already finished with dinner) and for dessert I had a little cup of fat free jell-o.

I'm going over tonight... I can do this again tonight. Go Gracenote. Go.

Congratulations! I know how much energy that takes...my parents are always eating something that I hadn't planned for in my calories, and it is so tempting!

Update: Successfully survived another day at the parents house! Thanks for the encouragement all! I am becoming more aware that I am the one who is in control -- no one puts food in my own mouth but me, so when I mess up, it's nobody's fault but my own.
