I am new here but I LOVE it already. As of January 2nd, I changed the way that I am eating. I eat low fat and low calorie food. In my first week I lost 9 pounds! YAY!!!!!
I started out at 315lbs but now I am 306lbs. It's a long journey but I am so ready!
I have been on every diet out there and failed each and every one of them. This is the year I know it is! I feel it! I need to drop this weight! I haven't weighed in the 100's since I was 11 years old. I'm 28 now! Oh what a feat!

I have been on my diet for a week and I have lost 5 pounds. What are you doing to lose your weight? I am doing Weight Watchers.

Well, I have just been watching my calories and fat grams and I make sure to walk at least one mile a day on the treadmill. I am working up to 2 miles a day.
I am also a member of Curves although I havent been there in a while. I am going to start back tomorrow.
I've hd some hungry spells but I work through it. I NEED this weight gone. I wonder what I will look like skinny? I have NEVER been thin!
