I'm amazing that it only took a week to take of the 8 lbs I put on over the holidays. Most of it must have been water weight from all the travelling we did. I hated the thought of having to re-lose weight I had already lost but now I'm back to where I was and back on track 100%!!
Same thing happened to me! I got back on track Dec 26th and was able to lose the couple of lbs that I gained by Jan 5th. So, it's all downhill from here!!! ha-ha...I celebrated 1 yr of regular exercise on Jan 6th and look forward to the progress I make this year! Yep, a whole year of workouts! FANTASTIC!!!!!
