Here's part of my effort to make this the busiest part of the forum

:
I've lost 27 pounds since 10/22. At first it was major weightloss a week (water weight) and I was so thrilled.. now it's about 2.5 WITHOUT exercise. I honestly haven't gotten off my butt to exercise since maybe early November. That's not good though so I'm about to start exercising again (I had other things to work out and now since my head is coming back down to earth it's time to start again.) I don't diet.. I started that back in August but it didn't work and it never has because I wasn't making it a lifestyle change. I've learned that you have to make it that and so I'm simply eating less (but still eating anything I want.. I'm trying to eat healthy food one day at a time but it's so hard when my family doesn't and they don't like to spend extra). Also, eating slowly.. that's my key -- don't rush eating, it takes your brain around 20 minutes to process that you are full. I stayed that night at my very best friends house on Friday and we ate pizza.. she had three slices in the time I was
almost finished with one.
I've gone for a loose jean size 22 to a fit 18. I found an old pair of 18s from the plus size section in Goodys and they are loose just like my 20s from there. I picked out jeans in 18s from American Eagle Outfitters for Christmas and they fit snug but I LOVE them. They didn't fit when I tried them on about two weeks ago but I figured I would of lost enough pounds to fit in them by Christmas and I was right and that was 1/2 a pound up.
Sorry for such a long post!! I hope you all can relate to what I was saying. Exercise is a essential part of weightloss, I know, that's why I am going to pay for my own membership to a gym starting next month and I plan to get toned

. Happy getting-a-healthy-lifestyle-in-action guys!
