After two months of regular exercise and better eating, my weight finally dropped. Just a bit from about 10 days ago when I last weighed, but after two months of nothing, I'm so excited!
Even better, I have lost inches since Oct. 19. Most notably, 2" from my butt, 1.5" from my tummy, 1.5" from my bra strap area (no more fat rolls!), and 1.25" from each upper thigh!
I got some great encouragement and advice here about protein and working with weights, and I think that is what is finally working for me.
