Just a little success...
While I normally walk briskly for about 40 minutes a day on my elliptical (enough to break a sweat), I every so often really run. Normally I can run for about 15 minutes before I feel like dropping dead, but yesterday I felt so good at 15 minutes that I went for another 15! I felt so light and fresh and healthy afterwards, not fatigued. Plus I did 5 real pushups in a row without taking a break AND I stayed under my calorie limit for the day.
