I'm the same as you.. I dont count calories, that would just drive me nuts lol I go by the fat content. Though I dont like using a lot of 'low fat' products. I just choose the foods I like that has least fat than the others.
I take natural pills that I believe are helping, dont know for sure, but I'm still with it lol ...... i dont exercise much right now, I walk whenever I can, or am up to it. Same goes with dancing. I'm more focused on what Im eating right now, slowly the more energy I get the more I'll be able to do and still have a positive mind set
