Default It about time!!

Well ladies I am so happy to be here as Minnie Pearl used to say
I have struggles with my weight since I was 15...I have been up to 205 at my highest and 115 at my lowest (which was anerexia) and thought I was just never gonna hit a weight that I thought was acceptable and healthy.....WEll it happened for the first time in my life, I am happy with my body and my weight and feel like this time I will be able to maintain and not look at myself in a distorted way anymore, this is big for me I Thank the Lord for helping me to see beauty in the stretch marks and imperfections that I used to loath and see that there is so much more in life than vanity, I have 2 beautiful daughters and a wonderful hubby and a roof over my head...what more could anyone ask for

Stats- went from 170 to 148.5 since the end of January

and measurement went from
hips- 44 inches to 39 inches
waist-41 inches to 34 inches
upper lump (so I called it) 39 inches to 33 inches

and pant size went from a super tight 14 to a comfortable size 10

Mostly followed low sugar plan, but did do Body for life about 4 weeks and then hit my personal goal and now just watch portions and exercise at least 3 days a week sometimes more.

Awww...thanks! I'm on Weight Watchers (the flex plan). I also go to the gym 4-5 times a week.
I'm really happy I did WW it's easy and it's something I can maintain for life.
I'm just anxious to see the end results!

Christie

OMG, they grow up fast eh? time flies when your not pregnant...hahaha

My kids are wonderful...they are almost 5, 2.5 and my daughter is 15 months...
I have more than reached my goal weight...hahaha, I am hanging at about 112-115, depending on my training...I have run 2 races, 10km in 2005 and plan to do 2 or MORe this year!...Add in 3 kids and training, and I am SUPER busy...as you must be too...but it feels WONDERFUL to see all that hard work pay off eh??
Its soo rewarding in ways that we may never know, if we inspire others or even our own family and friends as well as setting good habits and lifestyles for our children!

Leanne

You are an inspiration Leanne Keep up the awsome work, and know that you are inspiring me to see just how much more I can lose...I would love to hit the 130's I am at 155 right now, so I have to lose 5 pounds to get back to goal as I have messed up over the holidays...but who knows...after seeing your pic...I may just have to shoot for 130
