Once again it's that time to tell everyone how you did this week! Just jump in and post whenever your official weigh in day rolls around.
Me:
205.5, down 3.5 pounds from last week. Alot of that, of course, is from losing my water bloat. But I have been exercising in the mornings now too, and I really felt all week like my slowdown was over. I feel great!
Hello Ladies,
Tealeaf you sound so positive! Good for you! That really is half the battle. Great Job!
Down 1 lb this week. Did better than I thought I was going to do. Had a few days that I didn't really stick to program.......ugh I guess since I am still down I should use it as incentive to pull up my socks. I need to find the attituse that you have!

As of this morning I've officially lost 40 lbs!! I've become a slave to the scale (weighing everyday) so this morning (after weigh in of course!), I had my DH put it up in our coat closet - wayyyyyy back in the back so that I can't reach it ...
So, I guess this makes Saturday my one AND only weigh day from here on out!
I've never weighed in at this site but I started out at 216 pounds and wanted to lose weight. My goal weight is 135 pounds. I am currently at 206.5 pounds. I've lost nearly 10 pounds in two months which is very exciting to me. I have just discovered this board thanks to a friend of mine.

I am the same this week as last week...my own fault of course. I slacked off my exercising and ate more than my allowance allowed. sigh
Today is another day and I shall do bettr.

I have lost my FIRST TEN POUNDS!!! woohoo i'm very excited! Halfway to my first short-term goal I'm surprised because I haven't been eating like I should but I've been making up for it by doing at least a little bit of physical activity. Woohoo!
Hi, I'm new - this is my first post here. Today was my weigh-in day and I'm at 165, down from 180 6 weeks ago. My goal weight is 140, I'm 5'7" tall.
Anyone else notice their loss goes in spurts, sorta? Where all of a sudden you're down 4 lbs over one week and you KNOW you didn't lose that much all at once?
That is near routine for me. It's all about losing my TOM bloat. There hasn't been a month when I haven't had a dramatic weight loss immediately following the ending of my period.
