I'm working from home today, feeling sore and sinusy.
BUT - after PT yesturday, when I weight myself this morning (usual time) I'm at 208 - down 1 lb. from my measurement 2-3 days ago. Yeah! :cool: PS. I have an ancient (but correct) scale that measures in 1 lb. increments. I gotta go digital! Does anyone have experience with good digital scales like Tanita? :s: If so, can you PM me - I need help :?: |
