While I was on the highway today, I suddenly thought: "I've lost 41 pounds -- how much FOOD is that?!"
So when I got home tonight, I did a little research and some math and thought up a little game for us.

It's TOTALLY unscientific, and I know it doesn't actually work this way, but it's kinda fun. PS: I hope my formula isn't wrong! Math really isn't my thing, so please correct me if I've calculated this wrong!
Directions:
1. pick a food that you used to eat alot.
2. search the web to see the calories for that food (take note of serving size).
3. multiply the pounds you've lost times 3500 to come up with the total CALORIES you've burned to lose your weight.
4. divide total calories burned by calories for your chosen food.
5. Viola! You've burned that much food!
Here's mine:
1. 1 cup of Peanut M&Ms
2. 877 calories (
YIKES!!!)
3. 41 (lbs lost) x 3500 (calories in a pound) = 143,500 calories
4. 143,500/877 = 163.6 cups
I've burned off 163.6 CUPS of Peanut M&Ms!!!
That is DISGUSTING!
