Default Everyone Weigh In 9/09/05

Everyone is welcome to join this general weigh in thread. If you'd like to participate, just post whenever your normal weigh in day rolls around.

Me:

211, up .5 pound from last week. I had a 3 pound drop the week before, so I don't know if I actually gained any weight, or if I was just dehydrated when I weighed last week or something. I have to be honest in saying that I haven't been eating the way I ought to be this week. I've been having strong hunger and cravings, even though I haven't really changed much about the way I eat. Well, new week, new chance. I'll be focusing more on the way I eat, and see if I can reverse this gain.

I'm going post two weeks worth of weight loss - rather than post to last weeks weigh in and goof up the thread order. Was unable to post last week as was in NYC for long labor day vacation - woo hoo!

Last Saturday (9/3) - down 3 lbs. to 212!

This Sunday (9/11) - down 2 lbs. to 210!

I've lost 5 lbs. in two weeks!!!

The most amazing part is that except for my physical therapy sessions (2x week, 90-120 min.) I only do my daily stretches. I'm not pround of this - I'm stressed out from new job and will have to get back on schedule by Tuesday. BUT - this means I can attribute this weight loss to my new weight lifting .

Now I get to update my avatar - and tracker.

Down 2.5 to 3 pounds all week (I get on the scale daily -- I know, I know...I'm working on that) and then NADA on weigh in day. Gotta love being a girl. GRRRRR.

Gonna kick some serious scale butt next week, though.

I'm weighing in at 136 this week, down 3 lbs from whenever my last weigh-in was (2-3 weeks ago). BUT, I had the stomach flu this week and didn't eat much at all, so at first I thought it was just because of that, since I have been traveling and eating to maintain, not to lose. OTOH since I recovered from the flu and started eating more, it has not gone up again (even though it is TOM). So maybe I am actually 136. I'm not moving my tracker for a couple more days though! I lose so slowly, especially this close to goal, so I am having a hard time believing I actually lost 3 lbs while I was on vacation eating out every meal. I weighed in at 140 the morning after I came back, but I was also retaining water then probably. Hmmmmm.

I lost another 1.5 lbs, despite poor choices over the weekend (visiting folks, they think I don't eat or something). I am now 150.

*Drum Roll*

I have just reached the highest edge of a normal weight range!!!!!
