I'm going post two weeks worth of weight loss - rather than post to last weeks weigh in and goof up the thread order. Was unable to post last week as was in NYC for long labor day vacation

- woo hoo!
Last Saturday (9/3) - down 3 lbs. to 212!
This Sunday (9/11) - down 2 lbs. to 210!
I've lost 5 lbs. in two weeks!!!
The most amazing part is that except for my physical therapy sessions (2x week, 90-120 min.) I only do my daily stretches. I'm not pround of this

- I'm stressed out from new job and will have to get back on schedule by Tuesday. BUT - this means I can attribute this weight loss to my new weight lifting
