Default Seventy eight pounds - pictures!

I thought I'd share my so far before and after pics. The top is June 1st of 2004 (280 pounds) and the bottom is November 1st of 2004 (202 pounds). I had to wear new clothes this month because the others were too big this time, heh

Seventy Eight Pounds Lost

You may notice I have no ankles. I hate this. Does anyone else have no ankles and most especially, if anyone has reached their goal weight and had no ankles... do you have ankles now? This is something that really bothers me. I haven't worn a dress for years because of this.

Wow -- you look GREAT! Keep up the good work! As for your ankles, they look much smaller in the second set of pictures than the first.

you're doing great! the side picture really shows it the most IMO. Your Calves are beginning to take shape too in the second set of pictures, I'm sure you'll get ankles in a little bit more!

Thanks for the pictures! Keep it up! you look great!

You look awesome!!!1 I always wondered if i was the only one who absolutely hated my legs and ankles, i havent worn shorts or short dresses since junior high (iam 23) and where i live its 110 degrees in the summer, i cant wait until they start looking "normal" cuz to me they dont, but maybe its all just a mind game i play with myself......... keep up the good work!!!

WOW!! Congratulations!!

I have thick legs, heavy knees and ankles; through my weight loss my calves have gotten a little smaller, and I have seen mucho improvement in my thighs. I am very self-conscious about my ankles, and admire those who have slender ones.

I would say that all our body parts will get smaller overall, but some areas will show the improvement more drastically. Best wishes to your continued success!!!

Default ONEderland

I think there's a very good possibility that I'm gonna cry right now. I just woke up and weighed and as you can see by my ticker I was under 200. I saw that beautiful 1 and freaked out! I haven't been under 200 since my daughter was 1 or 2 years old. About 15 years. Congratulation to ALL of us on our success. WE CAN DO IT! We are doing it

Oh and speaking of tickers, for those of you who have them - is there an easier way to update besides going through and choosing everything for a whole new ticker? I tried just changing my "new" weight in the code but then the ticker doesn't work.

Everyone have a beautiful day!!!
