221, down 3.5 pounds from last week.
I had expected to have some loss from losing my TOM bloat, but I also had a 4 day weekend, so I'm pretty shocked at this number. And more than a little tickled pink.
I have plenty of weeks where I lose just half a pound. Even some where I lose none at all. Weight loss is variable, it just is. Doing these weekly weigh ins are fun, but I think we should all remember that it's the long term that matters, not the day to day or even week to week changes.
im 240 this week i lost 5 lbs and 4 inches or 242 lbs......lol all i know i can get in a 1x now because 2x's in too big now.....lol. my waist was 53' 1/2 now its 49' 1/2. im really happy!
I'm down 5 pounds from last Saturday (7/2), even though I only worked 3 days in the past week . Also, I have a little additional water weight still on from the TaeBo (arms, abs mainly) workout I did yesturday - still nursing my poor knees.
I attribute this to starting to use FitDay software to help me remember portion sizes and accurately count (or closely approximate) calories . The power walking is also doing great.
Next stop, "One"derland.

Lost 2 lbs last week to 212. Lost one more pound since then...for some reason I almost always lose 1 lb over the weekend here lately. Maybe I should move my weigh-in day?
Well, I was on vacation last week, so . . . I got home Saturday night and weighed in yesterday morning at 146, up 2 lbs. This morning I weighed in at 145. I'm leaving my ticker at 144 because I'm pretty sure that by the end of this week I'll be back at it!
