224.5, down half a pound from last week. Not a spectacular drop, but I'll take anything! I just started a four day weekend, so I don't know how next week will look. But I am going to try to be good!
232... lost 8 lbs in June and 8 inches.. Shooting for 10 in July as I have ACTUALLY started walking everyday and doing 3 workout dvds a week.. hoping this will help me hit my July goal!
