I am very familiar with that area smilan, some call it back fat, me? i call it "not a$$." Why? cause i'd look at it and ask myself "what is that?" and the answer was always "not a$$." Thankfully at nearly 50lbs down, the not a$$ has virtually disappeared and i've got something of a booty shaping up back there. I think my booty has come into being thanks to pilates, Mari Winsor knows how to work a booty.
