Wow, I can't believe my eyes!! I know that I haven't been as "good" as I normally would, because I was so sick for so long (that translates into LOTS of popsicles), and I was off my exercise routine, but I think i am in shock!!I was totally not expecting this...but I'm happy for me
Off to enjoy my day (with a little "spring" in my step)
I'm down to 146 this week, that's a TWO pound loss! I haven't lost two pounds in a week in like forever! Woohoo! The needle on the scale was really close to 145 too -- that means in just a few days I will no longer be "overweight" on the BMI scale!!

Yikes! Was I *trying* to make the month go by faster?! Sorry about that. I guess it would pay to pay more attention to my typing when I start threads immediately after waking up!
I dunno if I can edit the mistake out or not. Going to try now. If it doesn't work, I guess you'll all be able to tell.
