Default Everyone Weigh In 6/03/05

All are invited to join this 3FC weigh in thread!

Me:

230, down half a pound from last week. I'm actually surprised I had any loss at all, given how I went off my diet for the four days that I was off work. So I'm happy with the half a pound. Still, I'm getting tired of being in the 230's, and I'm going to be looking into ways I can tighten up my diet during my days off.

I am up 1.5 pounds this past week. I hosted a bridal shower last week and it totally stressed me out. That was not good since I am a stress eater. Nurse at weight loss clinic that I go to said that it is mostly water weight that I gained since my fat % went down.

gain back to 135 lb but since it looks like fluctuation up and down in 2 lb the past couple week. so at least I lost 1.5 lb from last month. frustrated but still okay with it.

I'm at 148 this week, but I don't remember if I weighed in at 148 or 149 last week! I have friends visiting this weekend so I'm eating a lot of crap, so I'm not expecting a loss this coming week. But my measurements were down a good bit this week -- 3/4 of an inch off my waist! My hips/butt are still lagging behind in the measuring . . .

I'm down 1.8 pounds from last week! So I'm at about 171 now. I'll probably be able to get into the 160's this week! I'm so excited that this is actually working!

Well just started this 3 days ago. It's pretty cool I found this sight. It really helps me.I do VERY well all day but man at night 8:00p.m. and on OMG!!! HOw can I stop eating at night? that is my time to un wind from my day and I love to sit and watch T.V. and relax.
Any ways I weighed in at 238 and am down to 236. I am a visual person so this is what I do. I have my weight on the fridge in black ink, for the world to see. Every time I lose weight I write it in red so it looks like this:

I can hardly wait til my tens column is turned to red! Any way CONGRATS!!!! to everone and keep up the GOOD work. WE CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!

Not too happy i completely sabotaged but i'm back to getting healthy I had a gain unfortunately back up to 255.0 lbs. It was monthly time and memorial day that was just an ugly combo.

I weighed in yesterday and lost 2 pounds. Last night I cheated though had low fat ice cream. Now, I am craving amocha frappuchinno. I hope I can resist so I can show another 2 pound loss next week.

OK here I am again. This is pretty cool. Man oh man do I have problems when it becomes 8:00p.m. My time to relax, unwind and watch T.V. so what happens? I want to EAT!!! But I think today I have figured it out.I cut up apples, carrots, and celery and I also have fat free popcorn. So go ahead let it become 8:00p.m. I'm not afraid!!!
I'M READY NOW!!!!!

Yep, that's the way to do it. If you know you're going to want to eat at a certain time, make sure the stuff you're going to be eating is helping you out instead of slowing you down. Good job!

Well DANG IT!!!! so much for my great plan!! I had my chpped food I made ready to win my battle, THEN my dear sweet daughter made chocolate chip cookies . I started with 3 in my hand , I ate 2 then put the 3rd one back. SOOOO because of that I did an extra hard work out tonight . Hope it helps. We'll see tommorrow.
