For me.
232, down 2.5 pounds from last week.
I have to say, using Fitday to track my calories in has been a bigger help than I thought it would be. I don't know that this is why I've had such a good week, but whatever it was, I am happy for it!
I agree about Fitday. There's just something about seeing everything in front of me that helps keep me in line. I think I may buy the full program this weekend.
My official Weigh Day is Sunday morning, so I'll be back!
I *think* I'm down a pound to 149 this week. I don't have a digital scale, and it's really hard to tell where the line is sometimes, but it was definitely below the 150 line this morning! Maybe I just adjusted it wrong though.
I weighed myself yesterday and I was below 200!!! 199 to be exact but I didn't believe it so I weighed myself again this morning and it is still 199!!!!! I can't believe I weigh a number that starts with the number 1!!! It's insane!
Down 1# , again, I'll take it! so happy to hear that everyone is doing so well. I still find it frustrating that the loss has been slow for me this year, averging 1# a week, last year I was on WW and was NOT working out and had faster loss, this year I work out 3-5 times a week and the loss has been slower. I have to admit my endurance is better on everything so I try to tell myself it's all good. Hoping everyone has a fantastic weekend!!!
Keep up the good work, i lost 5 lbs in three days, i been doing 1 hour treadmill, and occasionally working out while following the WW program, im so excited i cnt wait to be in a bikini soon,!!!!!!!!!
Hmm, according to the scale this morning, I may have been wrong about the 149 -- it looks like I might still be 150. But it's a really low 150! So I'll just keep 149 on my ticker to motivate me.
