Today I reached my goal of 145 lbs. I'm so excited!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm still about 10 lbs overweight (according to BMI calculators), so my new goal is 135. After being on a plateau for a while, I wasn't sure if I could get to 145, but I did. Well, just wanted to share my success story!!

Way to go!!!! I just started here and it was greeat to read tha tyou made goal. I have been struggling this laast week but you just gave me the motivation I needed. Way to go. Don't give up on the LAST 10. They can be the most difficult. But just dig your heels in and be more stubborn than they are you can do it. Remember nothing tastes as good as reaching your goal(s) feels.
