I weighed in today and I was down a lot more than I expected

I've been working really hard for over 2 weeks now, stepping it up a notch, changing my exercise routine. Maybe last week's weigh in was a little higher due to water retention, who knows, but in 2 weeks, it appears I have lost 7 pounds! I'm eating lots of veggies, some fruit, my complex carbs and some dairy so I'm stunned. (I'm a south beacher) AND I had a cheat day in the middle! All the times I've watched Losing It on Life Network I've wondered "How do these people lose so much weight in ONE week?" because I know they are just normal people like me, with weaknesses and limitations. I know I sound like I'm harping here but I'm truly stunned, in a good way
AND on top of it, I went shopping again today and found a bathing suit that I LOVE and will have NO shame wearing in public
So, it's been such a wonderful Friday for me! I just have to keep in mind that I need to not put pressure on myself to continue to lose at this rate. It's just an added bonus and I have to remember, remember, remember, that even a 1 or 2 pound loss is a great step forward. Yahoooo!
