. Another optifaster suggested I may be drinking too much water and my electrolytes may be low. Got some powder from chemist to put in my water and it made the world of difference. It is amazing how good I am feeling just in with this change of lifestyle.
I have not had a drop of alcohol - before it was a bottle of champers a night. I haven’t had heartburn or reflux and am now off all that medication. I did have a couple of cheats this week - 30g cooked chicken breast with a little hot mustard, wrapped on lettuce – yummy. Must have needed it as have been craving protein. I was please with my control and it didn’t affect my weight loss.
Tip: Don’t eat too many sugar free mint – they have a laxative effect.
On to week 7.
