I'm having a hard time though, because I would like to lose another 20 lbs and it's not going very well.. Im maintaining right now, so at least I havent gained... Does anyone have any tips for continuing to lose weight at this point???
Thanks, Jewels

Congratulations!!! Well, as you get closer to your goal, it gets harder to lose (trust me, I KNOW). I suggest drinking a few more cups of green tea. It speeds up the metabolism, and is a great diuretic!

Sometimes it's helpful just to maintain for awhile and then go back to the strict weight-loss plan. Your body may need to get used to being at the weight it is now before you can drop any more. Just an idea! But you are doing really wonderful! Congratulations!

Congratulations, Jewels, on your great success!! Woo hoo! As for your recent plateau, just ride it out. There's been a lot of great stuff written about the dreaded things both here and elsewhere so I'd try doing a search, but have you tried shaking things up a bit? Switching up your exercise routine, changing your carbs to protein ratio, cycling your calories...? Another thing might be to incorporate resistance training into your routine (or increase it if you already do it) as building muscle raises your metabolism so your burning more calories, and it would also reduce your body fat percentage -- which is ALL good!

I'm sure you'll bust through that plateau in no time at all! Keep up the good work, and don't lose faith!

Wink thanks!!!

Thank you all for your support and good tips!! I have heard green tea helps also, but green tea gives me migraines. I found that out when I started taking the woman's one a day metabolift, the green tea extract gave me awful headaches everytime I took the vitamin, so unfortunately that idea is out for me!!! But I have heard people have good luck with it, Has anyone heard anything on Trimspa??? Keep in Touch, thanks for the support
