Hi i heard about this board from one i frequent and figured i'd try it out. Anyhow not sure yet where i post a intro will haveta check it out but i do have a success,as of my weigh-in on sat i had lost my 1st 25 lbs!
i am just watching what i eat/calories try for 1300-1500 and for exercise i walk; go the gym and do the treadmill,weights and elliptical; tapes and free weights at home. i try to mix it all up, lately with all the great weather it's mostly been walks. thanks for asking and welcoming me
Thank YOU for posting.....You are motivational and really need to stay here for us all. I am at 24 pounds lost. Look around and post wherever you feel comfortable.....Hopefully where I can find you! Welcome and keep up the great work (and we know how hard of work it is)
Woohoo That is really great. Keep up the good work. BTW--there are several clubs and support areas if you want to join in on them feel free (I post mostly on the 100+ club--those those of us losing 100 or more pounds)

Thats great news. I'm new here too.I haven't lost anything yet,I wanna lose around 30lbs which is really hard for me i can never get lower than 10lbs and i always gain it back but not this time.Anyways i just wanted to say congrats and ur very encouraging. Plz keep us posted on ur progress.....
