Angry

I just want everyone to know...it can be done. I started on July 7, 1998....and hit an 8 month plateau.........I was 303.5 when I started.......I want to lose another 5 as I have a festive occasion coming up. I had to do a modified WW plan...and cut back on carbs...seems my body just can't handle that many.

If you want to start correspondence with me about weight loss....by all means, e-mail me at [email protected]. I am now going about the process of researching plastic surgery...for all the excess skin. That I am especially interested in hearing about...if you've had any experiences with it. Thanks.

Congratulations. You should be soooooooo proud of yourself. I am doing Sugar Busters but I often really cut back on the carbs as that is also my downfall.

I just may take you up on your email and write you.

njsonja--Congratulations on your wonderful success. I was surprised at myself that when I saw your starting weight I felt very emotional. That was mine. I've seen people post to others about having the same numbers and thought it was just a reaction to coincidence but it is much, much more. I am struck that when I see what you've done, I feel awed by your accomplishment. I've never felt that way about my own weight loss. (not that I mean to suggest that we've accomplished the same because you have done much more) I have been happy, of course...and other people have felt about what I am doing, the way that I feel about what you have done--really impressed and just overwhelmed. I can see that I am babbling...I don't know if this makes any sense at all...I guess it's because I do feel affected by seeing your starting weight and seeing what you've done.
I've had thoughts of surgery too, but have put off thinking about it in detail. I would really like to know what you find out and what you decide. I don't want to be someone else and I've never been hung up on age. I don't need to be real young looking. Two things make me consider surgery. 1) I'd like to undo what I did to myself when I allowed myself to gain so much weight so that it really can become a thing of the past. 2) I've never known what I should have looked like.
I hope to be reading more about how you are doing.
