After 19 months and many frustrating weeks of either no loss or miniscule amounts, I finally am 1 pound under goal today. I am so happy. I really think that the help and encouragement I received from these message boards helped me to stay on track when I got the most discouraged. I thank you all for your help. I truly feel I could not have done it without you.
