I just finished up my 4th week of WW and I'm down 12.4 lbs. I love this new way of eating.... I didn't weigh in last week because of a holiday at work and then I went to Myrtle Beach this weekend for 3 days for a business function.. I was soo worried, eating at Crakker Barrel and eating pizza, I wasn't sure what was going to happen... I counted them in my points but never have been able to lose weight and eat pizza!!! I guess portion control is the key.. had 2 pieces with a small salad for dinners... I was down 4.8 lbs for the last 2 weeks.. Have a great day everyone!!
