Back on Track and Feeling Groovy!

  • For all you strugglers out there we have to take it one baby step at a time! I am just so proud of myself getting back on track the last few days AND getting back to Jazzercize and exercising again. I feel SOOOO much better!

    When I am off my food plan I feel so lethargic and self concious and sick to my stomach. It has been a struggle but I am taking it ONE DAY at a time. ANYWAY, I feel good and I want to stay on top! I just wanted to share that if you are struggling just keep on trying and you will get back on track again! WOO-HOOOO!!!! I want to be on this Success area a LOT in 2003. This is going to be MY year!

    Thanks for the encouraging post. I too am making 2003 the year I stick with the plan! And I agree... if I stray from my healthful eating and exercise plan, I just don't feel good at all! Once we start giving our bodies what they NEED rather than everything they WANT they rebel when we stop.
