I Am going down

    I am losing weight!!!. Here are the details, and I will update it on a monthly basis:
    Gender: Male. Height: 5' 9". Weight on starting program: 220 pounds. I should be 167pounds - i.e. 53 pounds to lose. I started on June 23 and the details are:
    Weight: 220 pounds; neck: 18"; arm: 15"; chest: 43"; belly: 45"; pelvis: 45".
    July 27: 211 pounds (-9); neck: 17" (-1); arm: 13" (-2), chest: 42" (-1); belly: 44 (-1); pelvis: 45" (0).

    I stopped nibbling by the TV and I feel great!!!
    As I said - I will update my details on a monthly basis. until then - bye.

    Thats excellent. Good on ya! Iv lost 1.5kg this past month, and iv been doing measurements too. Here is my first lot at the start of my diet and exercise plan...My height is 164cm ( 5'5"), current weight 74.5kg (163lbs) upper arms-32cm, wrist-16.5cm, upper thigh- 66cm,calf-38cm, ankle-23cm, waist- 86cm, Hips-105cm, breasts- 104cm.
