I wanted to let everyone know that according to a personal trainer I know, in most women, we lose INCHES before we lose POUNDS. So, if everyone here is measuring or not measuring their sucess by pounds, but your clothes are feeling a bit loose, then you are doing GREAT! Keep going and before too long your pounds will catch up to your inches. I noticed that I had been getting smaller in my waist, but my scale kept telling me I wasn't losing anything. Keep in mind that your bathroom scale does NOT take into account any muscle weight. To the scale 190lbs is 190lbs even though you may have a waist of 29 inches and are still continuing to lose inches by the month. Just be patient and everything will show your hard work and dedication.
