Joining the BB on this site is my first success. Admitting that I need your help and support is my first success. Since my scale goes up to 300 and I'm somewhere over that, seeing 299 will be my next success. I'll keep you posted.

You are off to a good start and I will be praying for you. Prayer really works, everyone can use all the help they can get and GOD is in control and HE can help you. I pray you will see 299 soon and I know you can keep going down, down, down - I did and it's the best feeling to be able to look good, feel good and have that sense of well being that comes from knowing you are much healthier.
