Greetings from Australia.
I haven't posted for a while (been in reading though) 'cos I've been struggling for a long time to convince my body it should drop some more pounds. Looks like I'm finally on the way again, lost 2lb last week and 2 1/2 this. After many, many weeks of up down up down I'll take anything I can get.
No particular hints or tips, just kept plugging away, 99% OP. We all know that in the long term, it just WORKS!
