I am new here. I lost 52 pounds in 5 months on low carb. I then switched to low cal and lost another 52 pounds in 3.5 months. Still have over 100# to go.
Wow! A great big applause to you & CONGRATULATIONS!! I'm struggling to lose 1/2 that amount. You are a great inspiration & so is Blondeblue! The two of you really have me motivated today. I woke up today & I was afraid that I might goof up my plan because I'm getting cravings again! I decided to work thru it this time & not give up. I was pretty physched up yesterday though & was going around the house making my husband & kids pick up a 5# bag of flour & said I lost a little more than this bag of flour so far & I plan on losing a total of at least 10 more of them! I even put the bag in front of my stomache & couldn't believe how it stuck out. I kept moving the bag of flour around to other parts of my body & couldn't believe how just 5# looked sticking to my sides. I hope this doesn't sound crazy, but I think this gives me some kind of incentive. Most of my incentive comes from you gals though, as I said before, I almost gave up this morning until I read both of your posts. Keep inspiring us okay? <<HUGS>> Jackie
